5 Axis Milling
Moving the part in 5 axis makes it easy to make complex parts in one operation. Our TRT160 enables us to machine a part on all sides, drill holes at all angles, and do things that would otherwise be impossible.
CMM Inspection
This thing is unbelievable! Accurate and repeatable to .0004". That's about 1/5 the width of a hair. Can also measure things we couldn't have done before: Relative positions, intersection points, true position, flatness, concentricity, parallelism, etc...​
3D Printing
Our Bambu labs P1S has a work envelope of almost 10 inch cube and auto filament changing for multiple colors and easy to remove supports.
Computer Modeling and Design
These days you must have 3d models of your parts to have them printed, machined, or molded. We can create these files from a drawing or an existing part and make changes to fit your needs.
Large Part Turning
Our newest addition, the Trak 2470 RLX lathe. Capable of turning:
Extra long parts up to 4" diameter.
70" long parts up to 12.5" diameter.
24" diameter if shorter than 50" length
PLUS, it's fully CNC!
